II. How to Report Security Vulnerabilities or Issues to HPRT

We will synchronise the processing progress to the users during the issue handling processing, and synchronise the updated information on the official website or APP and public channels until the issue is solved. We will endeavour to complete the repair work within 90 days after the vulnerability is disclosed, but it may take extra time due to special circumstances.
