Notice of Change in Company Name

We are pleased to announce that, due to our company's ongoing growth and development, "Xiamen Hanin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd." has officially changed its name to "Xiamen Hanin Co., Ltd." effective December 29, 2023.

Please be assured that this name change does not alter our business entity or legal relationships in any way. All operations previously conducted under the former company name will continue seamlessly under "Xiamen Hanin Co., Ltd." All existing contracts remain valid, and any new agreements will reflect the updated company name.

With immediate effect, all external documents, new contracts, promotional materials, invoicing information, and other relevant materials will bear our new company name. Updates to our banking information will be communicated to you separately.
